Tenant code of ethics: Tenants joining FilmHouse X understand that this low cost rent opportunity is due to the generosity of Cypress Properties Group, LLC and their relationship with the SFFILM Artist Development department and FilmHouse program. As part of a "give-back" each tenant at FilmHouse X agrees to be actively engaged with the SFFILM filmmaking community. This means that in addition to tenant invitation as a guest at select SFFILM produced events, a tenant will participate in at least one SFFS produced event a year (IE tenant leads a workshop, talk or screening at FilmHouse) and/or agrees within reason, to be a resource and take meetings with filmmakers introduced to them through SFFILM .

FilmHouse X has seven offices, each approximately 9' x 13'. Offices rent for approximately $1,000 per month and can include up to 2 filmmakers on a lease; although 4 filmmakers can use the office (building is open 24 hours a day). Included in the rent is two desks, two chairs, janitorial, internet, use of the shared common lounge and kitchen in the suite, and use of an additional lounge and meeting space on the 2nd floor of the 644 Broadway building.

FilmHouse X is designed by TannerHecht Architecture.
